Are you a customer that is looking for a new roof in 2017?  If so, you have found the right website.  We offer affordable roofing solutions and timely installations.  Most new roofs are installed within 1 to 2 days depending on the weather conditions.  We service the Memphis, Tennessee and surrounding areas.  We will give you a detailed estimate explaining the materials that we will use as well as the work that will be completed.  Our contracts are simple and easy to read.  If you have an insurance claim for damage we can assist you with your claim and make sure that you are receiving the correct amount of money in order to have your property repaired.  I am going on 30 years experience in the same industry.

I want to thank all of my customers for their business over the past years and I hope everyone has a prosperous 2017.

I would like to thank all of my customers for their business in 2012.  2012 was a great year for us and we greatly appreciate all of your business.  We also greatly appreciate all of the referrals that we received in 2012.

2013 has started out to be a good year.  We have already installed several new roofs for homeowners with insurance claims and homeowners that just needed a new roof.  Most of our customers have been upgrading to the 30 Year Dimensional/Architectural Shingles that have a 130 mph wind rating vs a 60 mph wind rating on a 3 Tab Shingle.  The cost difference for the upgrade is minimal considering not only the increased warranty but also the higher wind rating and the outstanding curb appeal of your home.

We have  noticed over the years how some other companies install roofs.  Have you ever noticed a 2 X 4 piece of wood (toe board) sticking through new shingles that were just installed by your roofer?  In order to install a 2X4 piece of wood (toe board) they have to drive a nail through your new shingles.  The problem  this creates is that you then have holes in your new shingles.  Usually, they just remove the 2X4 pieces of wood (toe boards) when they are completed with your job and seal the holes where the nails were with roofing sealant.  Over time, the sealant breaks down and is no longer sealing the holes in your new shingles.  The end result is that your new roof will fail and start leaking.  Usually, when roofers use this procedure, your new roof will fail in about a year.

At Hill Contracting, we use the proper equipment to install your new roof.  We use roof jacks installed at the proper locations to avoid damage to your new roof.  We will give you a 5 year workmanship warranty for a new roof installation.

Once again, we would like to thank everyone for their business in 2012 and we look forward to working for you in 2013.  If we haven't worked for you before, give us a call and let us come out and meet you.  Once we meet, you will know that you have made the right choice.

Thanks,

Ronnie

I can hardly believe another year has passed.  My mother used to tell me that time flies by fast the older you become and I can tell you that she was right!  My mother passed away several years ago and yet it seems like only yesterday.

I want to once again thank all of my customers for the business that I received from them in 2011.  Many of my customers sent me referrals after we worked on their homes and I greatly appreciate that also!  2011 was a good year and a busy year after the storms came through in early spring.

We assisted many homeowners in getting new roofs through their homeowner's insurance due to high winds and hail damage.  Many of the homeowners that we worked with were unaware that they would qualify for a new roof.  We contacted them (or they contacted us) we inspected their damage, contacted their insurance company and as simple as that, they had a new roof that would last them for many years to come.  As we explained to many of the homeowners, they pay their homeowners insurance premium, why not put it to use?  Isn't that why we pay for insurance in the first place?  To protect our homes in case of damage from high winds, hail, fire, etc?

We have started installing more windows in the last year and have found that our customers really like the manufacturer's product that we recommend.  The windows come with excellent warranties and are truly affordable.

Once again thank you to all of my customers and friends and for the many referrals that you have sent us.  If this is the first time you have visited my site and you haven't done business with me yet then look no further, as you have found what you are looking for.

Talk to you soon...

Ronnie

The spring weather is finally here along with the rainy season and spring storms.  Many homeowners are beginning to get quotes for roof repairs and new roof installations.

We have all witnessed the gas prices increasing almost daily. If your home requires a new roof or repairs now is the time to go ahead and get the job done.  Asphalt shingles usually increase in price along with the prices of fuel.   This is because the cost of transportation increases (shipping the shingles) and because asphalt shingles contain oil.

If your home has wind damage or damage from hail let us come out and meet with  your adjuster to help you get the most for your insurance claim.  We have assisted other homeowners in this area and some claims have increased as much as 20%.

I look forward to meeting you and working on your home.

Ronnie
